 Fiji ratifies the Tokyo Convention on recognition

On 27 August 2020, Fiji has deposited its instrument of Accession to the Asia-Pacific Regional Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education, known as the Tokyo Convention and became the ninth State Party. It is the first Small Island Developing State to ratify the Tokyo Convention and to join the Asia-Pacific Network of National Information Centres (APNNIC).

In accordance with this news, NIC-Japan has added information on Fijian education system under the foreign education systems section.
