Foreign Credential Evaluations (in general)
Q: If the number of years of education a person received abroad changes after completing the course, should the person state the number of years before or after the change?
A: Please consider eligibility based on the number of years at the time of completion. For example, if a person has completed an 11-year curriculum and the curriculum changes to a 12-year curriculum afterward, the person should still be considered to have completed only 11 years of curriculum.
